After my face care routine, here it is my hair routine !
Mantengo mi cuidado facial muy simple, ya que creo que no hay nada peor que aplicar muchos productos a tu pelo porque eso lo debilita y hace que no se vea sano (aunque si que lo esté, experiencia propia). Creo que lo mejor que puedes hacer es encontrar aquellos productos que funcionan con tu pelo y no abusar.
I kept my hair care very simple, becasue I think that there is nothing worse than apllying lots of products in your hair because this make it weak it and not healthy looking (even if it is, own experience). I think that the best thing you can do is found the products thta work for your hair and not abuse.
Mi pelo es algo seco y lo llevo en una media melena larga (a la altura del pecho); tiene un castaño oscuro como color natural pero unos 6 meses atrás me hice unas mechas algo más claras y tiene una onda natural que en verano es perfecta y en invierno es un desastre. Lo lavo cada 2-3 días y los productos que utilizo son los siguientes:
-Tresseme Champú y Acondicionador Hidratación Intensa
-Tresseme Mascarilla Liso Keratina (1 vez a la semana; no alisa mi pelo pero controla el encrespamiento)
Después de lavarlo aplico un aceite de L'Oreal de medios a puntas (link) después de cepillarlo.
My hair is a little bit dry and I have a medium-long hair (at breast height); it has a dark brown natural color but about 6 months ago I make some highlights a little bit lighter than my natural color and a natural wave. I wash it every 2 or 3 days and the products I use are:
-Tresseme Shampoo and Conditioner Smooth and Silky
-Tresseme Mask Keratin Smooth (once a week, it doesn't straight my hair but it controls the frizz)
After washing it I apply an oil from L'Oreal focusing on the ends (link) after brushing it.
Como lo peino cambia según la estación:
-En verano/primavera lo dejo al natural usando algún spray o gel para dar definición a los rizos; mis favoritos son el de Pantene y el de Tresseme.
-En invierno/ otoño seco mi pelo con el secador y después le doy forma con unas tenacillas, aplicando antes un protector de calor.
Esto es lo que suelo hacer la mayoría de días, aunque algunas veces lo aliso.
How I style it changes depending on the season:
- In summer/spring I leave it with its natural wave using some spray or gel to give definition to the curls; my favorites are the one by Pantene and the one from Tresseme.
-In winter/autumm I blow dry my hair and then I use a curling wand to make soft waves, using before a heat protector.
That's what I use the majority of the days, althought sometimes I straight it.
