Mis uñas eran (y lo son a veces ahora) muy frágiles. Se rompían mucho y no me las podía pintar porque el pintauñas se saltaba en muy poco tiempo. Es culpa mía, lo sé, porque solía morderme las uñas. Pero, por otro lado, tener las uñas pintadas me relaja (suena estúpido, lo sé) y es por eso por lo que tuve que encontrar productos que me ayudaran. Así que aquí tenéis mis tres recomendaciones: 

My nails were (and are sometimes even now) very fragile. They would break a lot and I just couldn't paint them because the nail polish would have chip in a few days. It is my fault, I know, because I use to bite my nails. But having my nails painted nicely really makes me feel more relaxed (it sounds stupid, I know) and that's why I had to find some good products for that. So here are my three drugstore recommendations:

Rimmel London Nail Nurse Base & Top Coat 5 en 1

Este producto es la razón por la que mis uñas están mas fuertes y largas. Uso esto solo como una base antes de mi pintauñas y ayuda muchísimo,  también evita que se salte el pintauñas. Hace tus uñas mas fuertes y, por tanto no se rompen. Realmente recomiendo este producto si tienes las uñas frágiles. Habéis probado otro producto de la linea Nail Nurse?? Catrice Top Coat Ultra Stay & Shine

El Top Coat Ultra Stay & Gel Shine sella el color y garantiza un brillo de larga duración y un acabado gel.

Me encantaría hacerme las uñas profesionalmente, pero no tengo tiempo suficiente. Este producto se ha convertido en un básico porque prolonga el tiempo que aguanta el pintauñas puesto y hace que se vea muy brillante, con un efecto gel que me encanta. En la misma colección, hay un base coat y unos pintauñas que se supone que duran mucho en las uñas, pero no los he probado aún.


Además, algunos pintauñas aguantan más tiempo en las uñas que otros. Mis preferidos son los de Rimmel (la línea de 60 seconds es increíble, tengo un montón), Bourjois (La Laque especialmente, me encantan) y Essence, solo los de gel.

Basically, it has 6 different sides that help you keeping your nails pretty. It is really good if you don't have time to paint your nails because it gives your nails a really pretty (healthy looking) shine. This is the only nail file I use to shorten my nails and give them the shape I want.

They have changed the packaging, but its stills the same product.

Rimmel London Nail Nurse Nail Base & Top Coat 5 in 1

This product is the reason why my nails are a lot stronger and longer now. I use this only as a base coat before my nail polish and it really helps, also, with chipping. It makes your nails stronger, so they don't break and, with that, the nail polish you put on top doesn't chip. I would really recommend this product if you have fragile nails.  Catrice Top Coat Ultra Stay & Gel Shine

I would to have my nails done professionally, but I don't have time enough. This product has become an staple because it prolongs the wear of my nail polish and makes it look very shiny, giving my nails a gel finish that I love. On the same range, there is a base coat and many nail varnishes that are supposed to help with the "long-lasting" thing, but I haven't tried them yet.
