Three Long Dresses for Summer
6/03/2018
I have
recently converted into long (or even midi) dresses for the Spring and Summer.
They look extremely stylish and are easy to wear; they are also perfect for
really sunny days as they keep your legs covered and avoid sun burn (really
interesting if you tend to burn easily in the summer).
There are
three styles of summer dresses I particularly like and today I'm going to be
sharing them with you.
1.The Satin
Piece
There are many
different long satin dresses on stores right now and I particularly like them
as I find them extremely versatile. You can wear them with flat sandals and a
straw bag during the day time and with some heels and a clutch for a more out
together night outfit. You can also find them in many different styles, from
camisole styles to flowy beach dresses. These are also great if you have any
summer event and you don't want anything to over the top or difficult to wear
afterwards.

2.The Floral
Piece
Florals are
one of my favourite prints all year round but specially in Spring and Summer. I
love a good floral dress and I have seeing some long ones I absolutely adore.
Also, there are many different styles ans fabrics which means you'd probably
find one you like. They look great with trainers, espadrilles, sandals and all
the shoe styles you can imagine. They are also easy to transition into colder
months if you add a leather jacket and some boots.
You can also
achieve this look with a two piece, like the one from Zara I show bellow, you'd
get more out of those pieces as you can wear them together or separately.

3.The Rustic
Piece
With these I
refer all these long summer dresses that are made of more natural fabrics such
as linen, cotton or even knit. They are, to me, the ultimate summer dress and
the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of a long dress for summer.
I tend to prefer those with neutral colours, especially white, as they are the
most versatile ones and the easier to style. You can find them in many
different cuts; you just need to find the one that makes you feel better.
