Autumn Mood Board

Seeing that Autumn is just around the corner and that is starting to get a bit colder in Barcelona, I have decided to do a post I already did around Spring time but this time entirely dedicated to Autumn as well as to chatting a bit about the future and how to beat the autumn blues.

As you may have noticed I haven't been posting much over the last few weeks. If you asked me why I wouldn't even know how to answer. I have been feeling a bit down, maybe because summer is getting over or because big changes are happening over the next few weeks, and I didn't feel like posting anything. To be honest, I didn't even know what to talk about. I am feeling much better know but the future still keeps very anxious; it is something quite normal considering I start university in less than two weeks and that I don't really like changes anyway, but I still hate feeling like this. I think autumn blues also have something to do with how I'm feeling. I actually like autumn (it is one of my favourite cities) but I have gotten used to the summer routine, with no additional work and study to do, and I'm really comfortable like that.

In order to beat this autumn blues I have decided to keep myself busy. Go on a little shopping spree, go for a coffee with my best friends or my mum, etc. Anything that will keep me busy and make me enjoy the new autumn routine. Having a bath or a spa session, even if it is at home, will also make you feel a bit better if you are feeling the same as me. Reading a book or watching a film are also great ways to improve your mood. Leave in the comments the thins you like to do to beat the autumn blues so we can all feel a bit better.

That's it for today's post. More fashion and beauty ones are coming over the next few weeks. See you then!
