January
1/27/2017
Today I'm
starting a new section on the blog, where basically I'll be talking about
different topics every so often (monthly or even more). I wanted to let you
participate on this section so I've created the hashtag #FBowTalks which you
can use on Twitter to send me your thoughts or suggestions.
In
today's post I'll be doing a little reflection of this first month of the year.
I'll try to make this as clear as possible and make it really pleasant to read.
Hoy empiezo
una nueva sección en el blog, donde básicamente hablaré sobre varios temas de
vez en cuando (mensualmente o incluso más). Quería haceros participar en esta
sección así que he creado el hashtag #FbowTalks que podéis usar en Twitter para
enviarme vuestras ideas o opiniones.
If Kylie
Jenner said that last year was "the year of realising stuff" I can
say that this month has been my "month of realising stuff". I haven't
started 2017 in the best way. I've been feeling really under the weather and
also suffering a lot of anxiety. This anxiety comes from the fact that my group
of friends has broken and that I've been trying to preserve a friendship that
was being toxic for me. All of these things (which I've explained really
shortly) have affected me to the point where I don't want to do anything or
even leave the house.
If you
are living a situation like mine I'd recommend that you find persons that
support you and make you feel better; it really does help.
I also
wanted to mention that some people won't take you serious if you say you have
anxiety or even depression. Don't even try; these narrow minded people will
never consider something an illness unless they see the physical effects.
Not
everything has been bad this January. I've realised that I can achieve many
things by my own if I put all my effort onto it. My grades have been really
good and I'm pretty much sure I'll be able to get into the degree I want next
year. Also, I managed to post pretty regularly while studying and that's also
really nice…
You have
to close some doors, in order to open new ones. (This sentence resumes
perfectly my January, 2017).
Now onto
something not so personal. I've been sticking to a skin care routine for a
while and it's really working for me (I'm planning on doing a post sometime
soon); also I've been wearing a much more minimal makeup on my day to day and
I'm loving it.
If we
talk about fashion, there's really nothing much to say. I attempted sales and I
only managed to get two items, but they are really, really nice. I've gone back
to my dusty pink and grey obsession so now I wear those colours almost
everyday.
What was
your January like? Let me know on Twitter using the hashtag #FBowTalks

perfectly my January, 2017).
