Blank mind and zero inspiration. What can I do?

Blank mind and zero inspiration. What can I do?

As you may be able to tell I haven't been as regular with the blog as I used to be. I found it so hard to sat down and write good content. I'm such a perfectionist and I want to post great things, but a quick post that I'm not happy about. I can start writing something and then I wouldn't know how to continue in order to keep the post interesting and real. I love creating content but recently it has been a lot harder. I have lots of post ideas in my mind but they require time and I don't have 2 hours everyday to sit down and write, which makes things a bit more difficult.

In order to pass this creative block, I have look through my favourite blogs so as to get some inspiration from what my favourite bloggers have written over the past few months; some of my favourites are Inthefrow; Hello October; Thirteen Thoughts; Wonderful U and more!
I have also been a lot on Pinterest, which is, as you know, one of my favourite places to get inspiration for my blog, makeup look and everyday outfits. (I have collected a few images I like and I'll be sharing them in this post as well). I'm really active on Pinterest so make sure you follow me on there...
Another thing I found helps me a lot when I get a creative block is get out of the house and go explore one of my favourites cities, go to dinner with my girl friends or even go shopping with my bestie or my mum. Making things is the best way to get over a big creative block.
Overall, what I found works the best for me is taking some time for myself. When I'm too anxious or stressed I'm more prone to get a creative block. That's why I like to take a bit of time for myself every week; reading a book or a magazine, putting on a face mask and just relaxing makes a big difference.

If you're feeling stuck with your blog on general, try making small changes on its design or content. I like to improve the image of my blog every so often and I totally love the way it looks now. Html isn't that difficult; you just have to practice to get good results. There are also great blog templates on the Internet for a bit of money or, if you're really lucky, for free!  If you're not happy with the look of your blog, you won't be happy with the content you create. I'll link some really useful blogs down bellow that might help you with your blog design.

That's all for today's post. I just wanted to give you a quick update on why I'm not posting as much these days. Please, make sure you leave your blogs post ideas on the comments; it will help me a lot!

Regular content will be back very soon; I have some great ideas on my mind and I'm really excited to write them down...
