This has happened to me pretty often recently, mainly due to personal stuff and exams. When I feel like that nothing really works well and I feel so overwhelmed. That's definitely not what I want when I need to work or to study. If I'm like that and I have to focus on something specifically it will be so hard for me and I'll need to drink a glass of water and deep breathily for a few seconds. Then when I get home I feel completely drowned and tired.

Sundays evenings tend to be the worst for me. In that case, a cup of tea works just fine…

I have many ways to make myself feel a little bit better when I'm feeling like that (sometimes a cup of tea can make all the difference) but the one I find works really well for me is reading quotes.
Sometimes short phrases such as quotes can say more than an entire text. They can give you another perspective and the ability to see things a bit more pink. They can also help you realize you may be worrying for nothing and that you don't need to feel like that.
