I think accessories are the key to any single outfit. They can change your look completely and they are such a fan way of playing with fashion. Today I'll be talking about how I like to accessorize for spring and what items are currently on my wishlist.

Let's talk about shoes first. I love shoes and, if I could, I would have an entire wardrobe full of shoes. I think they can completely change your outfit and make it look a lot more put together. This year I really love mules and loafers, whether they are flat or with a bit of heel, I think they are such a cool shoe and that goes perfect with most of my outfits. I also really love lace up flats and ballerinas; these style of shoes looks gorgeous with jeans and a shirt and make it look a bit more feminine. As for special occasions, I think a colourful heel is perfect !
I still wear heeled booties in spring as they are one of my favourite styles of shoe and I love stilettos for nights out or nicer occasions.

I'm also a big fan of bags. This season I'm trying to have a few bags that are staples and that will go with all my looks. A black one is essential as it goes with almost every single outfit you can imagine; I'd also love to incorporate a nude pink one to my wardrobe as I think it is a really wearable colour that really suits my style and that, again, goes with many outfits. A colourful bag is also amazing to add some colour to outfits that are a bit more basic; last year I had a red one that I love and I'm thinking of buying another one this year. Las but not least I always like having a bigger bag (similar to the Le Pliage by Longchamp) and a smaller one in my wardrobe as they are really handy.

I quite like jewellery and I tend to wear it a bit more when the weather gets a bit warmer. As long as I love rose gold, I also wear silver and gold depending on the outfit I'm wearing. My most essential piece of jewellery would be earrings as I never leave the house without putting them on. I also wear a watch every single day and I'm thinking of buying a new one for spring. My preferences in jewellery are pretty simple as I like really dainty and soft jewellery and you will never (at least for now) see me wearing bold necklaces or rings.

As for other accessories I have noticed that belts are really trendy right now. I personally find they are a good accessory for simpler looks and I love having some staple ones in my wardrobe. I also love neck scarves at the moment; I think they are really chic and they kind of remind me of a Parisian style (which is one of my favourites).
